1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dhanvantari Health & Social Welfare Organization ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, mobile application, or health services connected thereto.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us.

3. User Representations & Memberships

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and donation information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

4. Donations and Health Card Rules

All donations made are voluntary. The issuance of Health Cards is subject to verification of documents and approval by the administrative committee. The NGO reserves the right to reject any application that is found to contain false or misleading information.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
